[0001] Toilet-bidet hygienic and comfortable. [0002] Field of application of the invention [0003] The field of application of the invention is included in the sector of the industry dedicated to the manufacture of sanitary devices, especially referring to sanitary ware toilets with bidet functions. [0004] Background of the invention [0005] Multiple sanitary devices or devices with toilet and bidet functions are known. Basically, the types consisting of an additional container fitted in the toilet and those incorporating ducts or pipes to supply water to the toilet directly are distinguished. Current devices have several drawbacks such as a complex, unsightly presentation and complicated handling. [0006] A serious drawback in these devices is that the tube that supplies the water to the toilet is close to the inside of the toilet or the seats. Therefore they need to practice a complex modification of the seats. In others there is a duct or opening that flows into the toilet bowl. This is unhygienic and unpleasant. [0007] Specifically in some patent, in a similar way, a tube is used that goes from the back to the inside, but is fixed, so you have to bend it at a right angle and leave the near end and oriented inside the toilet. [0008] You also need to pass it over the seat which forces you to remove the lid or an unsightly lid. There are others who use an adjustable tube or not, but integrated into the seats so they also need complicated seats and leave the tube near the inside of the toilet and of course the seat. [0009] For these reasons all these devices are poorly hygienic. [0010] This device is original for the following innovations: [0011] The tube that supplies the water to the toilet is inserted under the seat or between the seat and the lid. This tube is anchored in a hole behind the seats and to turn it and be able to insert it into the toilet and remove it. Water comes out only when the tube is inserted into the toilet bowl and cut off when it returns to its initial position, even if the tap is open. The tap could even be suppressed. The said tube remains away from the inside of the toilet. [0012] Use normal seats and the appearance is also normal. [0013] This device is original for each of the innovations separately and much more for the combination of all of them. [0014] Description [0015] This invention relates to a toilet that incorporates means to provide the toilet with a bidet function discreetly and without altering or affecting the normal operation of the toilet or the seats. [0016] The means to function as a bidet are placed in the body of the toilet at its rear. These means are configured to supply hot or cold clean water to the toilet interior at will. [0017] Preferably, but not exclusively, toilets with an elongated configuration will be used because they have more space at the back. [0018] Toilet seats are also used that leave more space between its rear edge, in the middle of the hinges, and the surface of the toilet in its rear. Eventually these toilets and seats can be manufactured with slight modifications of most of the current ones. [0019] The water supply is carried out through a tube connected to a valve or tap, preferably of the single lever type. [0020] The preferred faucet for this device is the type of sink faucet with a long water outlet pipe located at the top of the faucet. This tap anchors the horizontal rear area, behind the seat, on the most suitable side to connect to the network. For this, a hole is made in the toilet in the aforementioned area (fig. 1 and 2). [0021] A cylinder that is a tube at one end and a solid bar at the other is used. The union of the tube with the bar is flat. At the end of the bar, a small eccentric tube parallel to one side is placed inside it (fig. 3). [0022] This cylinder has at each end an external thread. It also has a washer welded on the thread of the end that contains the tube, a short distance from the end of the thread. It can also be a cylinder with a simple outer thread at each end, without the washer (fig. 3). [0023] This cylinder is introduced through the end that contains the tube in the aforementioned hole in the toilet until it protrudes on the upper surface of the toilet. [0024] The cylinder is held in the toilet by anchoring it in the fixed washer and with a nut screwed into the cylinder against the underside (fig. 4). [0025] The other solid end or threaded cylinder bar is screwed into the tap at the base of the water outlet tube, where a thread is practiced. [0026] To immobilize it, a nut is placed in the cylinder and screwed against the tap (fig. 4). [0027] A tube is placed on the flat rear surface of the toilet, behind the seat and parallel to the rear edge of the toilet. It is placed leaving a small distance with the surface of the toilet (fig. 5 and 6). This tube will be adjustable because it can be turned inside the toilet. At one end of this tube, it attaches to an adjustable nozzle or ball joint such as bidet taps (fig. 5). The other end of this tube joins one end of an elbow with perpendicular sides (fig. 5). [0028] Another cylinder that can be a tube or a solid bar is used. A cylinder that has a closed and flat end with an eccentric window, or a small eccentric inner tube parallel to one side (fig. 7). [0029] This cylinder has around the outer surface a link or protrusion near the open end and a dull joint near the flat end (fig. 7). [0030] The open end near the link is connected to the elbow attached to the adjustable tube (fig. 8). [0031] The other closed and flat end is inserted into the interior of the aforementioned cylinder tube, anchored in the toilet hole and screwed into the tap (fig. 9). It is introduced until contacting the bar or solid part of this cylinder by placing an O-ring in the windows (fig. 10). [0032] In the contact area the two small windows are located eccentrically and only face when the tube that goes in the upper part is turned towards the inside of the toilet (fig. 10 and 20). The assembly of this cylinder with the elbow and the adjustable tube is fastened by anchoring a threaded nut on the shoulder or link and by screwing the upper end of the said threaded tube that is screwed into the tap (fig. 11). Previously, before joining the tube to the elbow, the said threaded nut is introduced. [0033] To facilitate the rotation of the tube, a small rod is attached to the tube, slightly protruding from the rear side of the toilet. It can be attached to the tube in parallel or in another way that is more comfortable (fig. 12). [0034] When the bidet function is not used, the adjustable tube is located behind the seat, parallel to the rear edge of the seat (fig. 13 and 14). When used as a bidet, the lid is lifted with the seat and the tube is turned by inserting it under the seat towards the toilet bowl. By moving the nozzle, the water jet can be directed at will (fig. 13 and 14). [0035] Another embodiment consists in modifying the short tube at the base of the long tap water outlet tube. This tube is removed and another small short tube that is welded to a plate or base is placed inside the short tube. In turn this plate is welded to the tap by the edges. In this base an eccentric window is practiced (fig. 15). [0036] In this way there are two short tubes in this area, one inside which already comes with the tap. In the short outer tube an inner thread is practiced (fig. 15). [0037] A tube is used that has an outer thread at each end. It also has a washer welded on the thread of one end, a short distance from the end of the thread (fig. 16). [0038] This tube is inserted through one end into the hole drilled in the toilet. It is fixed by anchoring it on the upper face of the hole with the fixed washer and with a nut screwed into the cylinder against the lower face (fig. 17). [0039] The other end is screwed into the inner thread of the short outer tube at the top of the tap (fig. 18). To immobilize it, a nut is placed in the cylinder and screwed against the tap (fig. 17). [0040] A cylinder similar to that of the previous embodiment but longer is used. A cylinder that has a closed and flat end with an eccentric window, or a small eccentric inner tube parallel to one side (fig. 7). [0041] This cylinder has a link or projection around the outer surface, near the open end and an O-ring near the other closed and flat end. [0042] The open end near the link connects with the elbow attached to the adjustable tube. The other closed and flat end is inserted into the inner short tube at the top of the tap, at the water outlet, until contacting the base of the said short tube by placing an O-ring in the windows (fig. 19). [0043] In the contact area the two small windows are located eccentrically and only coincide when the adjustable tube that goes at the top turns and is oriented towards the inside of the toilet (fig. 20). [0044] This cylinder with the elbow and the adjustable tube is fastened by means of a nut anchored in the projection or link and by screwing it in the upper part of the mentioned threaded tube that is screwed into the tap (fig. 11). Previously, before joining the tube to the elbow, the nut is inserted to anchor it in the link. [0045] Another embodiment also involves practicing the same modification at the base of the tap water outlet tube. Another small short tube with an eccentric window at the base that is welded to the tap is also placed inside. There are also two tubes left but in the short outer tube an external thread is made, not internal (fig. 21). [0046] Likewise, a tube is used that has an internal thread, not an external one, at one end (fig. 22). At the other end it has an outer thread with a wide washer placed a short distance from a threaded end (fig. 22). [0047] The end with external thread is inserted into the hole drilled in the toilet and is anchored with the fixed washer and with a nut screwed against the lower face. [0048] The other end with internal thread is screwed into the outer thread of the small outer tube at the top of the tap (fig. 23 and 24). [0049] A long cylinder similar to that of the previous embodiment is used. Also this cylinder that can be a tube or a solid bar. A cylinder that has a closed and flat end with an eccentric window, or a small eccentric inner tube parallel to one side. This cylinder has a link or projection around the outer surface, near one open end (fig. 7) and an O-ring near the other closed and flat end. [0050] The end near the link is connected to the elbow attached to the adjustable tube. The other closed and flat end is inserted into the inner short tube at the top of the tap, at the water outlet, until contacting the base of the said short tube by placing an O-ring in the windows (fig. 19). [0051] In the contact area the two small windows are located eccentrically and only face each other when the adjustable tube that goes at the top is turned and oriented towards the inside of the toilet (fig. 20). [0052] The assembly of this cylinder with the elbow and the adjustable tube is fastened by anchoring a threaded nut on the projection or link and by screwing it on the top of the aforementioned threaded tube that protrudes on the surface and is screwed on the tap (fig. 11). Previously, before joining the tube to the elbow, the nut is inserted to anchor it in the link. [0053] A variant for introducing the adjustable tube between the seat and the lid when lifting the lid is described. For this there must be a sufficient space between the seat and the cover, 1.5 or 2 cm. approximately. [0054] The hinges of the commonly used seats rotate on a shaft or bar of a support anchored in the toilet by the corresponding screw. [0055] To get more space between the seat and the lid, the support that is anchored in the toilet by a screw that has two axes at different levels (fig. 25 and 26). On the lower axis the seat hinge rotates and on the upper axis the cover hinge rotates. The hinges can go in the same or different side of the support as appropriate. In this way the axis of rotation of the hinges is placed higher than their inserts. [0056] [0057] With this design the adjustable tube can be short. To avoid this, longer pipes are used for which toilets are used that have more separate holes for inserting the hinges in the toilet. A narrower seat can also be used at the back between the hinges, in the tube inlet area. Or you can combine both modifications. [0058] [0059] To be able to introduce the adjustable tube between the seat and the lid, it is necessary to increase the distance of the adjustable tube with the surface of the toilet in this rear area. To do this, the part of the tube between the elbow and the shoulder is extended, or the threaded tube on the upper face of the toilet is protruded further and secured with a nut that is screwed against the wall of the toilet on the upper face and another on the underside. [0060] [0061] The position can be reversed: insert the adjustable tube under the seat or between the seat and the cover. To do this, the elbow is raised or lowered with the adjustable tube using a circular circular motion transformation mechanism. [0062] [0063] A cylindrical part is used that has at one end an external thread attached to a wide washer placed a short distance from the end but leaving some turns at the end. [0064] [0065] This cylinder also has a long window on one side with one with an extension or lug on each side and a hole in the center of this lug (fig. 27). [0066] [0067] This cylinder is inserted into the toilet hole and is anchored with the washer and with a nut screwed against the bottom face of the toilet. [0068] [0069] Another cylinder with an outer thread is used at each end. This cylinder is an open tube at one end and a solid bar at the other. The union of the tube with the bar is flat. At the end of the bar, a small eccentric tube parallel to one side is placed inside it (fig. 28). [0070] [0071] This cylinder is inserted through the end that contains the open tube in the previous tube that is anchored in the toilet, until it protrudes in the threaded end of this tube and in the upper face of the toilet. [0072] [0073] The other end is screwed directly into the tap. To immobilize it, a nut is placed in the cylinder and screwed against the tap (fig. 29). [0074] [0075] As in other embodiments another cylinder is used which can be a tube or a bar. A tube with a flat end and closed with an eccentric window or a bar with a flat end and a small eccentric inner tube parallel to one side. [0076] [0077] This cylinder has around the outer surface a link or protrusion near the open end and a dull joint near the closed and flat end. [0078] [0079] The open end of this cylinder is connected with the elbow attached to the adjustable tube. The other wider end is inserted into the aforementioned cylinder tube that is screwed into the tap (fig. 30) and inserted into the toilet hole. It is introduced until contacting the bar or solid part of this tube by placing an O-ring in the windows (fig. 10). [0080] In the contact area, the two small windows are located eccentrically and only face each other when the tube at the top is turned and oriented towards the inside of the toilet. [0081] [0082] The assembly of this cylinder with the elbow and the adjustable tube is fastened by anchoring a threaded nut on the projection or link and by screwing it into the upper part of the aforementioned threaded tube that protrudes on the surface and is screwed into the tap (fig. 30). Previously, before joining the tube to the elbow, the nut is inserted to anchor it in the link. [0083] [0084] A small zipper is used that is placed on one side of the cylinder that is inserted into the tube that is anchored in the toilet and screwed into the tap. It is welded through the long window on the side of the tube that is anchored in the toilet (fig. 31). [0085] [0086] A pinion or cogwheel with a hole in the center is also used. This pinion is engaged in the rack and placed between the two ears of the tube that is anchored in the toilet (fig. 31). [0087] A bent bar or lever is used near one end at an angle close to 90 degrees. This bent end is inserted successively into the hole of the extension or lug, through the cogwheel and into the hole of the other lug. The bar is fixed to the sprocket and is anchored in the holes mentioned by means of bearings or bearings (fig. [0088] 32). [0089] [0090] Moving the lever to one side or the other turns the pinion and moves up or down the tube containing the system with the tap and the adjustable tube (fig. 32). [0091] [0092] The cylinder attached to the elbow is anchored in the cylinder of Figure 28, which is screwed into the tap. In turn, this cylinder is anchored in the cylinder anchored in the toilet, figure 27, by means of the rack and pinion attached to the lever. [0093] [0094] A cylinder with a washer welded on a threaded end is used in several stages to anchor it on the top face of the toilet hole. It can also be anchored with a thicker cylinder at the threaded end, instead of a washer, or a cylinder with a simple single thread that is anchored with a nut that is screwed against the upper face and another against the lower face. [0095] [0096] A cylinder that can be a tube or a solid bar is also used in several stages. A cylinder that has a closed and flat end with an eccentric window, or a small eccentric inner tube parallel to one side. [0097] [0098] The set with the various pieces can be replaced by a similar structure built for this purpose. In particular, two or three elements can be unified, the adjustable tube, the elbow and the tube with the link, making them together. [0099] [0100] The joints can be made by means of threads in the tubes and the elbow, or by means of welding. [0101] [0102] The water supply to the tap is done through pipes connected to the water network. Flexible conduits such as hoses are preferable for the final section of the connection to the tap. [0103] Other embodiments or modifications are possible, while maintaining the originality of this invention, especially with regard to introducing the tube that supplies the water to the toilet below the seat, and the anchoring in said area of the body of the toilet. [0104] Although to facilitate the installation these usual materials are proposed in the market, this description is neither limiting nor exclusive. [0105] Preferred Embodiment of the Invention [0106] The water supply is carried out through a tube connected to a valve or tap, preferably of the single lever type. [0107] The preferred faucet for this device is the type of sink faucet with a long water outlet pipe located at the top of the faucet. This tap anchors the horizontal rear area, behind the seat, on the most suitable side to connect to the network. For this, a hole is made in the toilet in the aforementioned area (fig. 1 and 2). [0108] A cylinder that is a tube at one end and a solid bar at the other is used. The union of the tube with the bar is flat. At the end of the bar, a small eccentric tube parallel to one side is placed inside it (fig. 3). [0109] This cylinder has at each end an external thread. It also has a washer welded on the thread of the end that contains the tube, a short distance from the end of the thread. It can also be a cylinder with a simple outer thread at each end, without the washer (fig. 3). [0110] This cylinder is introduced through the end that contains the tube in the aforementioned hole in the toilet until it protrudes on the upper surface of the toilet. [0111] The cylinder is held in the toilet by anchoring it in the fixed washer and with a nut screwed into the cylinder against the underside (fig. 4). [0112] The other solid end or threaded cylinder bar is screwed into the tap at the base of the water outlet tube, where a thread is practiced. [0113] To immobilize it, a nut is placed in the cylinder and screwed against the tap (fig. 4). [0114] A tube is placed on the flat rear surface of the toilet, behind the seat and parallel to the rear edge of the toilet. 5). [0115] Another cylinder that can be a tube or a solid bar is used. A cylinder that has a closed and flat end with an eccentric window, or a small eccentric inner tube parallel to one side (fig. 7). [0116] This cylinder has around the outer surface a link or protrusion near the open end and a dull joint near the flat end (fig. 7). [0117] The open end near the link is connected to the elbow attached to the adjustable tube (fig. 8). [0118] The other closed and flat end is inserted into the cylinder tube mentioned above, anchored in the toilet hole and screwed into the tap (fig. 9). It is introduced until contacting the bar or solid part of this cylinder by placing an O-ring in the windows (fig. 10). [0119] In the contact area the two small windows are located eccentrically and only face when the tube that goes in the upper part is turned inside the toilet (fig. [0120] To facilitate the rotation of the tube, a small rod is attached to the tube, slightly protruding from the rear side of the toilet. It can be attached to the tube in parallel or in another way that is more comfortable (fig. 12). [0121] When the bidet function is not used, the adjustable tube is located behind the seat, parallel to the rear edge of the seat (fig. 13 and 14). When used as a bidet, the lid is lifted with the seat and the tube is turned by inserting it under the seat towards the toilet bowl. By moving the nozzle, the water jet can be directed at will (fig. 13 and 14).
